Mickey Jupp
Mickey Jupp was born on 6 March 1944 and is a guitarist / pianist / vocalist. Mickey Jupp played in several Southend bands after leaving Art College in 1962. Mickey Jupp championed traditional rock & roll during the late '70s, a time when it had been ignored. He signed to Stiff and several other record companies but it is as a songwriter he has made his most effective contribution to the music business.
