Southend is a place with long Rock Music Tradition. With Procol Harum in the 1960's and Dr Feelgood in the 1970's there have always been bands that broken the mould as well as ones who's music has gone all over the world. Recently with Bands like the Horrors and The Machines it has become fashionable to say you are from the nearest beach to London with the longest pleasure pier in the world.
We also have a long tradition of great music venues. Great gigs were staged at the Kursaal and the Queens and the Dickens. We today have a lot of club venues together with Chinnery's, The Palace Theatre and The Cliffs Pavilion. If you band need publicity or live photography contact us.
